Cal.com stores your form submission data and scheduling information if you book a call. We receive a copy of your submission via email notification. Cal.com acts as a data processor under our instructions.
Email Provider
Email correspondence is handled via standard email infrastructure. We do not use marketing automation or email tracking.

Contact form submissions: Retained for 2 years from submission date, then deleted
Email correspondence: Retained in accordance with standard business record-keeping (7 years from last contact)
Unsuccessful enquiries: If we determine our services are not a fit, we delete your data within 30 days unless you request otherwise
